We handle returns and exchanges on a case by case basis. Our #1 goal is to keep our customers and happy. We stand behind our jewelry pieces and want our customers to be more than happy with them. We always do our best to take care of our customers and any questions or concerns.

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please provide us with the product you would like to exchange for. Once we receive your item we will send your desired product within 1-3 business days.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.
- Items Returned by Mail: If you ordered by credit card, we will process your refund within 1-3 days. This will show up on your next bank statement depending on your bank or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange your account will be charged or credited for the difference in cost.
- Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping cost.
